How does the DF60 handheld jammer work?
The DF60 uses configurable RF jamming modules to disrupt drone communication and navigation signals across multiple frequency bands. It ships with 8 default bands. A button name such as 433M is a label for a range around that frequency, not a single frequency.
What is the jamming range of the DF60 handheld jammer?
The DF60 supports directional jamming at distances up to 2 km (approximately 1.2 miles) with a 25-degree directional coverage angle.
Will your jammer force a drone to land?
The jammer disrupts communication between the drone and the remote controller, and the drone’s behavior afterward depends on its firmware and fail-safe configuration.
What are the DF60 default frequency bands, and what is the range and function of each?
The DF60 has eight default bands. The name on each button is a short label for a range around that frequency, not a single frequency. The 433M button, for example, covers 420–450 MHz. Ranges can be customized when the unit is ordered. CH1 — 433M, 420–450 MHz: drone remote-control jamming. CH2 — 900M, 840–930 MHz: command-and-control interference, including the 900 MHz band. CH3 — 1.2G, 1170–1280 MHz: GNSS L2 interference. CH4 — 1.5G, 1550–1620 MHz: GNSS L1 interference (GPS L1, Galileo, GLONASS, and QZSS). CH5 — 2.4G, 2.400–2.500 GHz: 2.4 GHz ISM, including Wi-Fi, video transmission, and flight control. CH6 — 5.2G, 5150–5350 MHz: 5.2 GHz drone downlink and video transmission. CH7 — 5.6G, 5650–5800 MHz: 5.6 GHz ISM, including Wi-Fi and drone downlink. CH8 — 5.8G, 5800–5950 MHz: 5.8 GHz ISM, including Wi-Fi and drone downlink.
